As Sous Chef, you'll be an integral part of our resort team. You will assist with the day to day running of the kitchen, cook meals to a high standard and assist with stock control and budget management. You’ll help manage and coordinate the aspects of the kitchen to ensure your operation runs smoothly and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
